Absolutely! We strongly suggest prior to booking a tutorial, to have your questions written on paper so we can go through your list of questions together. This ensures you have all of your thoughts and concerns organized and we can work on it together!
Printers, printers printers! Although we encounter all kinds of issues, like internet connectivity loss, printers not printing is by far the most common issue people contact us about.
The services we offer are primarily performed on-site. Unfortunately building a custom computer will require an area that your home simply can't provide. Although that is a service we can perform, doing it in your home simply wouldn't be the best option.
Absolutely! Sometimes the issue stems from the provider, however more often than not the issue is actually with your equipment. Too often people purchase network equipment that isn't right for them, or they try to set it up themselves and run into an issue during setup. We are experienced in configuring your modem and router to work with your home, and resolve any "dead spots" you likely are experiencing.
Not necessarily if at all. There are several different types of scams out there, and some are less threatening than others. Allow us to investigate your computer and determine how we can clean it up.
I encourage you to contact us anyways! You might be surprised what services we offer that aren't listed. If you don't see it listed, it might simply be because we didn't think to list it as a service, or because we don't see it often enough. However, we also have experience assembling e-bikes, desk furniture, computer chairs, etc. Just ask!
We do our absolute best to ensure every service is a success. However, sometimes unforeseen issues arise. When that's the case, we will do everything in our power to redo any services performed. If we determine there is nothing wrong with the previous service, there will be a trip charge. Adding services after the first visit for things that weren't mentioned during the first visit do not qualify as a redo service. We also offer a return policy on any services that don't meet your satisfaction after 2 weeks of service.
Unfortunately, if the work was performed to our excellent standards and everything functions correctly, we will not issue a refund simply because you want one. If we determine we can not resolve your issue with a follow up visit and we have no other options to explorer, then we will gladly return your money. Paying for expertise and afterwards not following up on recommendations do not qualify for a refund.
